Wellness At Work, created is 1991, is committed to the improvement of employee health and the environment in which people work. Our commitment is expressed through a variety of organizational systems including assessment, program design and management, communications, special events, policy development and of course, ongoing evaluation.

When you employ Wellness At Work you are guaranteed a turnkey experience because you are dealing directly with the Principals, Liz Kvolek and Susan Robertson. We employ a first-rate team of health, wellness and lifestyle professionals including registered nurses, physiotherapists, massage therapists, pharmacists, exercise specialists, registered dietitians and mental health experts. Our commitment extends to the community and is demonstrated through our associations with public health, fire services, provincial and municipal police and numerous health governing agencies.



Health is a resource, a tool that must be valued, measured, and spent wisely to achieve broader business goals and objectives.
